Tara’s journey into the world of healing came from a very different background. She previously ran her own business in the music industry for several years, but felt her heart was being pulled in a different direction, more towards helping people feel better and at peace in themselves.
After receiving Pranic treatment and seeing how quickly long standing emotional issues could be resolved, and the profound results her father experienced with his blood pressure and heart problems, Tara took the opportunity to sell her business and retrain as a Pranic Healing Therapist. Tara trained with two of the leading students of the founder, Master Stephen Co and Les Flitcroft.
Tara treats clients from her home in Bourne End, where she lives with her husband and three daughters. She is the Co-Founder of Emprana, a business that provides a new approach to enhancing physical and emotional wellbeing in the workplace using energy, also known as life force / prana.
Tara holds regular Twin Hearts meditation groups; gentle kids meditation; workshops on Pranic Healing and Stress and Wellbeing and also facilitates Drop- in Pranic healing therapy clinics in Bourne End.
After 14 years as co-owner and Director of a franchise business in the fire and flood industry, Angela had experience of the challenges that people face through changes in their lives and the stress brought about by these often devastating events.
She was introduced to Pranic Healing in 2007 and was immediately fascinated by how simple and effective this tried and tested system of self-development is. She began to understand that energy affected all areas of life, including health, relationships and finances.
Curious to find out more, Angela took Self Development: Pranic Healing with Les Flitcroft in 2009. Thrilled with the instant benefits it brought to herself and her family, she went on to complete the following three courses in the series. Co Founder of Emprana, Angela is excited by the potential to make lasting changes to physical, emotional and mental health in the workplace.
Surrey-based Angela has a clinic in Banstead and is actively involved in the local community facilitating regular meditation and wellbeing events for both adults and children. Angela is often found at sports events offering Pranic Sports Therapy. She uses prana to help athletic performance, recovery and speed healing of sports injuries and has worked with a successful, international ultra-runner.
